This qualitative research is a participatory action research. aimed at : 1) 5th learning process management process of exchanging knowledge of the College of Asian Scholar to develop learning management. 2) Gain knowledge and guidelines to develop the learning exchange process in future evaluation. Researcher collected data from listening, observation, questioning and in-depth interview from participants and then analyze data.
Research results :
1. The 5th process of exchanging knowledge to develop learning management of College of Asian on Scholars Wednesday, July 21, 2021, 8.30-16.30. 14 speakers were exchanged knowledge in 12 subjects.
2. There are 4 areas of classified knowledge management gain as follow:
1) 8 topics of education, religion, language and culture: (1) Leadership Innovation
(2) Academic articles and research article writing (3) Communication in organizational and ethical learning (4) Health and mental spirit encouragement (5) Quality Assurance (6) Promotion of emotion and Conversation Intelligence (7) Improve English Language skills (8) Managed Knowledgement based on problem to improve learning skills in 21 th Century.
2) 1 topics on Science and Technology: (1) Reinforce Learning organization through online academic conferences
3) 2 topics on management aspect: (1) Encouraging money savings by “save first, rich then” technic (2) Enhancing organizations learning in the state enterprise.
4) 1 topics on Law : Important law, outstanding cases.
Audiences gain their knowledge directed from specialist from all faculty in the College of Asia Scholar. as recalled and updated their knowledge. This will improve their knowledge for improve themselves and organization to be a potencial institution in the future.
3. Development guidelines: should be held twice a year and have some back up in the CAS KM information system that can see it again later.
